Every year, our annual report details the events of the previous financial year (01 July to 30 June). The annual financial statements are prepared on the basis of the accounting principles of the German Commercial Code (HGB).

OUR ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
The Annual General Meeting 2023 took place on 14th of December 2023 in Frankfurt am Main.

With Steubing Morning News, we offer institutional clients professional information every trading day as a valuable basis for the start of trading. In addition to statistical data from the stock exchanges in Germany, the USA and Asia, our News also contains an overview of the latest company and economic data for Germany, the euro zone and the USA.
In the news section, both market-relevant geopolitical news and corporate news are presented precisely and limited to the most important facts, in a clear and compact manner.
During the reporting season, our news additionally contains tabular forecasts and quarterly results with a focus on DAX and MDAX. Our customers also receive a weekly overview of the upcoming quarterly reports of major companies in the USA on Mondays.
Our Morning News is supplemented by a further "Morning News Update", which is published shortly before the start of trading at around 08:45.
